The terms and conditions contained herein govern the use of the online platform operated by Amonbet (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an Account or placing Bets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Site.

Registration information: To open an Account you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration process, including your name, date of birth, country of residence, valid email address, and a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Amonbet may request documents to verify identity and address (for example, government-issued ID and recent utility bills) and may suspend or close your Account if such information is not provided or is falsified.
KYC and compliance: Amonbet may conduct identity and payment verification checks in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and sanctions laws. By registering, you consent to such checks and to the processing of your personal data for these purposes.
By registering, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and all applicable product rules. Amonbet may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site and apply to existing and future activity unless stated otherwise. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and translations, the English version shall prevail.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from funds owned by the Account Holder and conducted through payment methods registered in the Account Holder’s name. Amonbet may require verification of payment details and identity before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to verification checks and any applicable limits, and to the processing times published on the Site. Funds remain the property of the Account Holder and may be held in Accounts in the name of the Account Holder, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. Amonbet reserves the right to suspend, delay or refuse any withdrawal, and to reclaim funds in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
Promotional funds: Where a Deposit Bonus or other promotion is applied, promotional funds may be held separately in a Bonus Wallet and may be subject to wagering requirements and product-specific restrictions as stated in the applicable Promotion Rules.
Promotions are subject to separate Promotion Rules published on the Site. Bonuses shall be credited to the Account and are redeemable only after satisfying the applicable wagering requirements and any time limits. Amonbet reserves the right to impose additional restrictions on bonuses, including maximum bet limits, game-type limitations, and time limits, and to void bonuses or winnings where misused or where fraud or irregular activity is detected. A Bet is a contractual proposition on a particular outcome within a product area. A Bet’s stake is the amount of money you wager. Winnings are calculated as the stake multiplied by the decimal odds published for the chosen selection. In accumulator bets, winnings are calculated by multiplying the odds of all selections by the stake. Bets are settled on the event’s conclusion or as otherwise provided by product rules. The Site will publish the minimum and maximum stake and any limits related to combinations of events. You must use funds from your own Account to place Bets.
You shall not engage in any activity designed to manipulate, evade or abuse the Site or the Promotions. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Amonbet reserves the right to investigate suspected irregular activity, suspend or terminate Accounts, withhold funds and seek redress to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If a Game or Platform feature miscarrys due to a fault in the Site, system, or network, wagers may be void and amounts risked refunded to the Account Holder in accordance with product rules. If a game cannot continue due to a system outage, the game may be terminated and wagers settled or refunded as provided in the applicable game rules. Amonbet will take reasonable steps to restore services promptly and to notify Account Holders of any prolonged disruption.
All content on the Site, including software, games, text, graphics and logos, is owned by Amonbet or its licensors. You acquire no rights other than the right to use the Site in accordance with these Terms. You may download or store content solely for your personal, non-commercial use and not for reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation without prior written consent.

Amonbet bears no liability for the availability, acts or omissions of third-party services and users must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using such services.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Amonbet disclaims all warranties of accuracy, fitness for purpose or uninterrupted access. To the full extent permitted by law, Amonbet’s aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the event giving rise to liability. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amonbet and its officers, employees, affiliates and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, costs or liabilities arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Site are governed by Maltese law. The Courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle disputes concerning these Terms or your use of the Site.
Amonbet may suspend or terminate your Account at its sole discretion for any reason, including suspected fraud, breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be refunded in accordance with applicable law and product terms. The provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including dispute resolution and payment obligations) shall survive.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Amonbet relating to the Site and supersede all prior agreements. Any amendment must be in writing. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Amonbet may assign its rights under these Terms. Notices shall be given in the manner provided on the Site. No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing. Force majeure shall excuse performance where it is prevented by events beyond reasonable control.
